My first order was canceled because the btc transfer confirmation took longer, probably due to the low fee. But it was refunded afterward, although it take several hours before it got through, only after i contacted them via simplex. Then i tried again and it went smoothly and fast using the fast exchange mode. Fees are cheap too, i guess one of the cheapest exchange fees i tried so far.. Recommended.
