1. Acceptance
By using kycless.cc you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. We may update this document at any time; continued use after a change means acceptance of the revised version.
2. What KYCless provides
KYCless is an informational directory and rate aggregator. We publish descriptions of third party services and display rates that those services publish about themselves.
We are not a bank, exchange, broker, escrow agent, payment institution or financial adviser. We never take custody of funds, never act as counterparty to a transaction, and never process payments between users and listed services.
3. Eligibility and conduct
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Services listed here may be restricted or illegal where you live; determining that is your responsibility, not ours.
You agree not to: submit false information; manipulate votes, reviews or reports through multiple accounts or automation; post unlawful, abusive or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site; scrape or overload the service.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without notice.
4. Listings and paid placement
Listing in the catalog is a paid service. Prices for listing, priority placement (Boost) and other commercial options are determined by the administration and agreed individually with each service.
We decide at our sole discretion which services to list, keep, edit or remove. Payment does not create an obligation to publish, to keep publishing, or to assign any particular status.
We do not guarantee traffic. We make no representation or warranty regarding visitors, impressions, clicks, referrals, conversions, revenue or any other commercial result of appearing on this site. No refund is owed on the basis of commercial performance.
Paid placement never influences KYC classification, verification status, scam marking, community votes or reviews. Positions that are paid for are marked with the Boost badge.
5. Verification, badges and statuses
Verified reflects checks we performed at a point in time against information available to us. It is not an audit, not a guarantee of solvency, security, honesty or continued operation, and not an endorsement.
Escrow means a security deposit was placed with us in the stated amount. It describes a deposit, nothing more, and is not an insurance policy or a guarantee that you will be compensated for any loss.
Scam reflects credible reports received by us and our own assessment. It is an opinion published in the public interest.
Statuses and badges may change at any time as new information arrives.
6. Rates and the Exchange Monitor
Rates, reserves, limits and availability shown in the monitor are supplied by the listed exchangers through their own feeds. We pass this data through with formatting and normalisation only. We do not verify its accuracy and we do not control it.
Rates change constantly and may be stale, wrong or misconfigured at source. Nothing displayed here is a quote, an offer, or a commitment by us or by any exchanger. The exchanger's own site and terms are always authoritative. Always confirm the final amount there before sending funds.
7. No financial or legal advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We do not assess suitability for your circumstances. Digital assets carry substantial risk including total loss. You act on your own judgement and at your own risk.
8. User content
You keep ownership of reviews, replies and other content you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on the site.
You are responsible for what you post and you confirm you have the right to post it. Reviews must describe genuine experience. Paid, fake, coordinated or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, infringing or manipulative. Deleting your review replaces it with a placeholder in the thread; the original text is no longer served to anyone.
9. Accounts and keys
Accounts are secured by a randomly generated Login-Key which is displayed once at creation and stored only as a cryptographic hash. We cannot read, recover or reproduce your key.
You are solely responsible for storing it securely. Loss of the key means permanent loss of access to that account and everything in it. An administrator may issue a replacement key for an account, which invalidates the previous one; the original is never recoverable. We are not liable for any loss resulting from a lost, shared, stolen or compromised key.
10. Privacy
What we do not collect
No email address. No password. No phone number. No real name. No identity documents. No third party advertising networks and no third party analytics services. We do not sell, rent or share personal data, because we do not collect it.
What an account consists of
A generated nickname, a cryptographic hash of your Login-Key, an optional avatar you upload yourself, and the content you choose to publish (reviews, replies, votes, reports). That is the whole account.
Analytics
We use third-party analytics to understand how the site is used: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog. These services collect page views, clicks, navigation paths, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, and session recordings of interactions with the interface. Your Login-Key is never recorded: it is masked in all session capture.
We also keep our own first-party log on our servers, independent of those third parties. It records the pages you view and actions you take on the site — clicks on outbound links, searches and exchange lookups, votes, reviews and reports — together with the time of each, the page it happened on, your approximate country and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address. Activity is grouped into sessions using a first-party cookie; once you sign in, the session and everything in it is linked to your account.
This first-party data is kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. It is stored on our own infrastructure, is not sold, and is not used for advertising.
On our Tor and I2P mirrors the third-party services above — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog — are not connected. Those versions of the site load no third-party analytics scripts and make no requests to any service outside the network. The site does, however, keep its own first-party log on our servers, the same one described above: the pages you view and the actions you take, each with its time, the page it happened on, your approximate country where the network provides it, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. Activity is grouped into sessions and tagged with the network it came from (clearnet, Tor or I2P). This log never leaves our infrastructure, is kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically, is not sold, and is not used for advertising.
Cookies
One session cookie, set after you sign in, so the site knows you are logged in. It is httpOnly and it carries no advertising or tracking identifiers.
The analytics services described above (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog) set their own first-party and third-party cookies or local storage to distinguish visitors, as is standard for those products. They are not present on the Tor and I2P mirrors.
Content you publish
Reviews, replies, votes and your public profile are visible to everyone by design. Do not put anything in them you would not want public and permanent.
Uploads
Avatars and images you upload are stored on our own server and served from our own domain. Strip metadata before uploading anything you care about.
Data requests
Because we hold no identity data, there is nothing to disclose about who you are. Requests about published content should be sent through the Partnership & Contact page.
11. Third party services and links
Links to listed services, their mirrors, their onion addresses and their social channels are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, security, availability, terms or conduct, and we do not endorse them. Your dealings with any third party service are solely between you and that service.
12. Availability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that any particular service, rate or feature will remain available.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYCless and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, including loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of this site, from reliance on any information published here, from any listed third party service, or from any inability to access the site.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KYCless and its operators against claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the site, your content, or your breach of these terms.
15. Disclaimer of endorsement
The presence of any service in this directory, in any status, with any badge, at any position, is not an endorsement, a recommendation, an assurance of safety or a promise of performance. Research every service independently before you send it money.
16. Changes and contact
We may modify these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. Questions go through the channels listed on Partnership & Contact.
