I recently exchanged funds using Dex ($3100) and the process went smoothly. I chose the bridge option because it offered lower network fees. The estimated completion time was around 30 minutes, but the BTC arrived in my wallet in under 5 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. 6a9d64bff2f315ab825f50cc

Thanks for the detailed feedback! Glad the swap went smoothly — and nice to hear Chain delivered well ahead of the estimate. The 30-minute figure is a safe upper bound, so in practice it's often faster.

fully automatic, no chat with an operator. exactly what i want

DEX.foOfficial responsevia DEX2 weeks ago

Thank you! That's exactly the idea — fully automatic, no operator in the loop.

fully automatic, no waiting on an operator. sent usdt trc-20, had btc about six minutes later. the rate held

DEX.foOfficial responsevia DEX2 weeks ago

Thanks for sharing! Six minutes from USDT to BTC with the rate holding — that's how it should work. Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

spread is fine on the main pairs. wider on the smaller alts but that is the same everywhere

Thanks for the fair assessment! We keep a close eye on spreads, especially on the main pairs.

Order proof I••••••••a

ID:Order 6ac633a4ef77c3d0b9aa24ea I absolutely did not like this service! Very high fees. What are a whole 10 taken for from 48 USDT??? That is more than 20% of the amount,. Very few currencies for exchange, not to mention the networks in which this exchange takes place. Yes, there is an option to withdraw faster due to Fast & White, but still, 20 minutes is long. I have exchanged on other services under much better terms. Separately, I want to mention the slogan on the main page: “No hidden fees → No delays”. Perhaps the fees are not hidden, but when a fifth of the amount is eaten away, that`s a robbery. And about “no delays” it's laughable: the service itself estimates the regular Chain mode at 30, 60 minutes, which means up to an hour of waiting by default. For acceleration you have to pay extra, and even then the exchange is not instant. Another minus is the high minimum for exchange. With small amounts there is nothing to do here: either you don't pass the minimum, or the fee eats up a noticeable part of the funds. The service is clearly not designed for those who want to exchange a little amount just to test it out or for small change (I am not a millionaire, you see) The choice of directions also disappointed. There are few currencies, even fewer networks, and often the required pair simply does not exist, you have to either make extra transfers or go to another exchange service. The question is why come here at all? To sum up: expensive, long, few options, and a high minimum threshold. Anonymity and the absence of registration are good, but nowadays many services work like that, and their terms are more favorable.

Thank you for the detailed feedback — we take it seriously. One thing to clarify first: the order you referenced was created in Chain mode but never funded, so no exchange actually took place. The numbers you describe come from the quote shown before sending funds — which is exactly why we display everything upfront. About the fee: that quote is our 0.8% Chain fee plus the blockchain's network fee — and it's the network fee that makes up most of it. Network fees are a fixed cost that doesn't depend on the amount, so on small swaps they naturally take a bigger share. That's down to the network itself, not to us. About speed: Chain goes through cross-chain routing, which is why it shows a 30–60 minute window — though it's often faster in practice. In Fast & White, the payout is sent automatically as soon as your transaction gets the required network confirmations, so the remaining time depends only on the blockchain. "No delays" means no manual processing and no waiting on an operator. The minimum is $30, and expanding coins and networks is on our plan once the current technical work is finished. Thanks again for taking the time to write this — feedback like this helps us improve.

Order proof I••••••••8

Yes, my previous exchange order actually went through; I checked later, and the coins were returned to my original address. I sent them from a casino wallet, so maybe that caused the issues. In any case, I made another exchange, this time sending from my personal wallet. The difference between the standard and fast modes is striking. I sent the equivalent of 100 dollars in Bitcoin. In standard mode, I was supposed to receive 96 USDT, and in fast mode — 88 USDT. I actually wanted to do it through standard mode, but I made a mistake and left the choice on fast, so the fee turned out to be way too high. And overall, I haven't changed my initial opinion: the fees are too high. Perhaps with large amounts it isn't felt as much, but I was exchanging a small amount, and for me, that's a significant chunk bitten off. Also, the stated time for the fast mode — 5–15 minutes — does not match reality. In the end, I waited longer than 20 minutes. Likewise, I haven't changed my opinion regarding the small number of both coins, networks, and swap combinations. For USDT, the most expensive networks are presented, whereas it is much more cost-effective to receive it on Solana or Polygon. Why this isn't available is a big question. I think the platform would only benefit if cheaper and faster exchange methods were offered; that would attract more users. Yes, the swap went through, and I received my exchanged coins. Yes, there is no KYC, everything is anonymous. But there are side effects that, in my opinion, are not justified and not outweighed solely by the absence of KYC. Other exchange platforms also offer anonymity and no logs, but at the same time, the exchange happens definitely cheaper, and sometimes even faster. Also, the minimum threshold for an exchange should be lower, in my opinion. If only just to have the opportunity to test the platform rather than immediately risking your coins without knowing for sure what you will ultimately receive (or won't receive). For those who already trust the service, that's fine, but for new users, it is a downside.

Thanks for coming back and sharing the full picture. To clarify the first order: it didn't go through as an exchange — the deposit was refunded to the address it was sent from, which is why the coins came back to you. Glad the second swap went through as expected. On fees: most of what you're seeing on a $100 swap is the network fee for the USDT payout. ERC-20 and TRC-20 are expensive networks right now, that's well known, and on small amounts that fixed cost takes a big share. Cheaper networks are in development. On timing: the 5–15 minute window for Fast & White starts once your deposit has its required network confirmations, not from the moment you hit send. Until we've actually received the coins, the exchange can't happen — that's normal for any service. On the minimum: we're not planning to lower it. $30 is already as low as we can go — precisely because of network fees, smaller swaps can end up running at a loss. Appreciate the honest feedback — it helps us see where things need to be explained better.
