I swapped some large amounts back in September; everything was fine then. I haven’t used the service since, as Zcash isn’t available. You really should add this coin—it’s theoretically optimal. Monero uses Confidential Transactions to conceal the amount, and Zcash uses zero-knowledge proofs; if you don’t have this coin on your list, you can’t really be considered an anonymous exchange.
