Thanks for coming back and sharing the full picture. To clarify the first order: it didn't go through as an exchange — the deposit was refunded to the address it was sent from, which is why the coins came back to you. Glad the second swap went through as expected. On fees: most of what you're seeing on a $100 swap is the network fee for the USDT payout. ERC-20 and TRC-20 are expensive networks right now, that's well known, and on small amounts that fixed cost takes a big share. Cheaper networks are in development. On timing: the 5–15 minute window for Fast & White starts once your deposit has its required network confirmations, not from the moment you hit send. Until we've actually received the coins, the exchange can't happen — that's normal for any service. On the minimum: we're not planning to lower it. $30 is already as low as we can go — precisely because of network fees, smaller swaps can end up running at a loss. Appreciate the honest feedback — it helps us see where things need to be explained better.
Thanks for the fair assessment! We keep a close eye on spreads, especially on the main pairs.
Thank you for the detailed feedback — we take it seriously. One thing to clarify first: the order you referenced was created in Chain mode but never funded, so no exchange actually took place. The numbers you describe come from the quote shown before sending funds — which is exactly why we display everything upfront. About the fee: that quote is our 0.8% Chain fee plus the blockchain's network fee — and it's the network fee that makes up most of it. Network fees are a fixed cost that doesn't depend on the amount, so on small swaps they naturally take a bigger share. That's down to the network itself, not to us. About speed: Chain goes through cross-chain routing, which is why it shows a 30–60 minute window — though it's often faster in practice. In Fast & White, the payout is sent automatically as soon as your transaction gets the required network confirmations, so the remaining time depends only on the blockchain. "No delays" means no manual processing and no waiting on an operator. The minimum is $30, and expanding coins and networks is on our plan once the current technical work is finished. Thanks again for taking the time to write this — feedback like this helps us improve.
Thanks for sharing! Six minutes from USDT to BTC with the rate holding — that's how it should work. Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.
Thank you! That's exactly the idea — fully automatic, no operator in the loop.
Thanks for the detailed feedback! Glad the swap went smoothly — and nice to hear Chain delivered well ahead of the estimate. The 30-minute figure is a safe upper bound, so in practice it's often faster.
