I made a swap from ETH to BTC. An unconfirmed bitcoin transaction arrived in my wallet in about 2 minutes after I sent ETH (very fat). Low fees, 0.8%, very cheap. The only thing I didn't like was the short payment window . You have only 15minutes to complete the order ID, which was a short time window for me to get my hardware wallet, to verify letter of guarantee, verify both addresses (payment and receive), etc... Other than that, great service.
